Citing Images

Images must be cited just like the information you are taking from a text. You can use NoodleTools to assist you with creating an image citation.

For most images, you will do the following:

1. In your Sources tab, select Website, then Photo or Image (born digital)

2. Enter the necessary information, and your image citation is complete!

3. If it is a work of art, select that option.

**Remember, you should NEVER cite Google Images- Google is simply a search engine, not the original location of the image!

Email Mrs. Myers if you have any questions.
