Before you begin your in-depth research, your first step is to locate background information on your assigned topic. Use the resources below to locate two articles to summarize. Then, work on developing a list of keywords related to your topic.

The Gale Virtual Reference Library offers access to numerous eBooks for various subjects, ranging from medicine to history and science. This is a great place to locate reference materials on a topic.

Extensive database on world religions, offering general reference articles, primary sources, videos, images, etc. Great resource for teachers as well as students.

Developing Keywords

After you have read, reviewed, and summarized two articles, watch the video below for a review in developing keywords. Return to your Google Doc to develop a list of keywords to be used when you visit the library to locate in-depth information and print resources related to your topic.
